Terms of Service

Last updated . Plain English. We summarise; the actual legal text governs.

By using Astru you agree to these terms. They cover what we provide, what we charge for, what we don't take responsibility for, and how we end the relationship.

What you get

Access to the platform under the tier you've subscribed to (Free / Solo / Growth / Pro / Managed BYO. See /pricing). The source code is Apache-2.0, so you may self-host. Either path, we apply the same RLS policies and the same trust promise.

The trust promise

You pay only for tasks our verifier confirms shipped. Failed work is refunded automatically. The promise is the product; it's in the code at github.com/agenticaio/astru.

What you do NOT get

We don't warrant the platform fits any specific purpose. We don't guarantee uptime beyond the live numbers at /reliability. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the fees you paid us in the prior 3 months.

Acceptable use

Don't use Astru to spam, defraud, harass, or build something illegal where you operate. Don't try to circumvent the carve- outs (money / irreversible / gatekeeper gates). Don't try to extract data from other customers. RLS prevents it, but attempting it terminates your account.

Termination

You can cancel anytime from /settings/billing in two clicks, with a 30-day data-export window. We may terminate accounts that violate acceptable use; abusive accounts terminate immediately, others get a written warning first.

Governing law

Delaware, USA. Disputes go to binding arbitration unless your jurisdiction prohibits it.
